Virtual/ In-Person Office Hours - September 2023

Following the release of the Proposed Harbor LA Zones and the Harbor LA Zoning Tutorial Video Series (5-parts), the Harbor LA Community Planning team hosted 4 days of office hours as an opportunity for community members to speak one-on-one with a planner to provide comments or ask questions related to the Community Plan Updates and Proposed Zones. Virtual office hours were offered on September 11, 13, 14 and In-Person on September 23 at various hours of the day.

The Proposed Zones and Zoning Tutorial Video Series were released on September 1, 2023. The zoning tutorials build upon the Harbor LA New Zoning Code informational video released in November 2022. Additional tutorials discuss the new zone string districts for Form, Frontage, Development Standards, Use and Density.
